With COVID-19 now impacting many aspects of all our lives, we wanted to update you on the impact on our operations and communication channels with you, our client.

Firstly we are committed to providing you with as much knowledge, information and assistance that we can. Your business success and continuity is important to us and we will battle these turbulent times together. We have been sending emails out to our clients regarding the Government Stimulus Packages and how we can assist our clients during this period.

CLIENT MEETINGS:

For now all of our face to face client meetings have now been cancelled and replaced with phone calls. To retain open channels of communication we offer other ways for you to communicate with your advisor or staff in the office in the form of phone meetings or conference calls, via email correspondence or video calls (like facetime or skype) where appropriate. If documents need to be dropped off at the office, we request clients post or email them via our systems.

DROPPING OFF DOCUMENTS:

If documents need to be dropped off at the office, we would prefer clients post or email them to us. If you do need to drop off documents we have placed a “Drop off Document Tray” on the reception counter for this.

We will continue to monitor the outbreak in real-time and review our approach if necessary. It goes without saying that this is a tricky time for all of us. As we take a cautious approach we must stay positive and listen to the authorities and just be safe.

Should you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact our office or your adviser at any time.
